Haunting problems

We get a vast number of emails about this subject, many people are concerned about hauntings and paranormal phenomena. Hopefully this page will explain a few things, if we dont cover your problem then do email us and we will do our best to help.

ACTIVE GHOSTS

Some people are lucky enough(in our opinion) to have a resident ghost. Resident ghosts usually stay in places because they like them, they can sometimes get stuck for other reasons. Active ghosts move things, cause sightings, be naughty, and often try and get the living residents to vacate the building. These spirits are varied and some have very good reason for staying here. Some active ghosts are quite immature spirtitually, these are usually the naughty ones that try and frighten people. The best way to deal with an active haunting is to assess the situation... Does the ghost cause trouble???- If not then leave it alone.. Does the ghost try and get a reaction???- Then find out why... Is the ghost being very naughty???- Read the solution below..

Naughty active ghosts

These spooks generally fall into 3 categories..

 TROUBLED SPIRITS- Troubled ghosts are exactly the same as troubled people.. Fear is the major issue, these spooks are often aggressive because they are frightened. Imagine not knowing what is going on, some of these ghosts dont know they are dead, some pass into spirit in horrible circumstances and are very traumatised by it all. These ghosts can be very immature and behave like naughty children, we are fearful because we dont understand why they do it.. These cases require a good spirit medium, a firm approach and lots of positive energy. If you come across this situation then you can do a very good deed by helping these stuck souls to move on.

PARASITIC GHOSTS- This is a complex one, these spooks can be caused by people in the haunted property. These spooks can have karmic links, past life links or just be dodgy generally. These type of hauntings need to be looked into by a spiritual counsellor and/or medium. You will get all the help you need by contacting these individuals.

RESIDENT GHOSTS- Some spirits love places so much that they chose to stay in them. This is fairly common in older properties. These ghosts can be incredibly lovely and just need a bit of guidance on acceptable behaviour. We met a really active ghost who was throwing and smashing things in an old property, when we told him about these issues he was very embarassed and stopped this behaviour. Most resident ghosts are very decent spirits, if you treat them with respect then they will do the same.

REPLAY HAUNTINGS

Certain objects and places can cause replay hauntings. A replay haunting is like watching a film that is stuck in the same place. Strong emotions can cause replay hauntings, traumatic deaths and battles are common replays. People who witness replay hauntings are usually quite sensitive and this can be traumatic for them. These hauntings are totally safe to watch, film or enjoy. Objects can trigger replay hauntings. Sensitive people can pick up replay hauntings from many things, one of the most common is rocks or stones around battle scenes. Antiques are also common replay haunting triggers.

UNUSUAL CASES

GHOSTS AND CHILDREN-A lot of spirits or ghosts love children. Most children under 7 years old can see spirits and spirits will often try and play with children because of this. If you have a child that is being frightened by a spirit then encourage them to talk about it, once the spirit knows that they are causing distress then they will leave them alone. Any child that is distressed by these problems over a long period of time should be seen by a counsellor and qualified healer.

VERY RARE NEGATIVE HAUNTINGS- These are the horror movie type hauntings. These are VERY rare. Clearing by a healer/ exorcist is the best option. Drug or alcohol abuse can attract these hauntings, we have seen them and they are not nice. Suicides are a common feature around these type of energies, also physical and sexual abuse.
